I used to be just like you. I weighed 50kg at the age of 18, I never had “the best genetics” nor could I finance myself a fancy personal trainer to teach me the secrets he knew. I was born and raised in a regular family - and in fact there was a lot of adversity growing up. I became depressed, anxious, underweight, it was tough turning my life around. But adversity is what makes us grow, and helps us become the person strong enough to face anything and everything.

Even I, one of the MOST REGULAR PAINFULLY AVERAGE humans, regardless of all the adversity and with NO expertise in sports managed turn my life around to BECOME A PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE & CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER, and have developed a body, abilities, and life I couldn’t have imagined of in my wildest dreams.

I practice what I preach, and have made mistakes and learned from them through the years. This is experience that will allow you to skip the trial and error and get straight to work that will bring you the results you seek.
